I have a history of depression. I have learned that negativity is a luxury that I can no longer afford. As soon as I allow those negative thoughts to creep in, before I know I’m at the bottom of a pit of negativity and I’m miserable to the point that I can’t stand my own company. I have learned to accept life on life’s terms. It’s a beautiful thing.

Craig, those exact words from Roger Waters in that documentary meant so much to me as well! I even quoted them in my wedding vows. Wow. Incredible to hear you reference his monologue. Thank you very much for sharing this today. It was very helpful.

Well, I have always liked that you close out shows with “Happiness is a choice…” Simple concept, but, so true and powerful! That’s why I went to the link behind you a long time ago, and ordered a mug with that on it!👍😁. The two wolves story sure bears that out - and, I fully agree … looking “behind” is usually a bad way to move forward. Good episode, Craig. And, I admire your forthrightness. Be well!!

The moment I decided to become a non-conformst was it for me. No sense looking for the subjective approval of others. Doesn't make sense.
