You should make a PvP map where people fly obstacle courses with riddles to reach a pressure plate that drops like a boulder on the enemy and the fastest one wins. Trademarked idea.

Needs a way to change things around. Which would require alot of wiring. Having certain routes open and close leading to different rooms and puzzles as well. Having each player's progress randomly alter the other players course would also be interesting to randomize the course even more.
@@Khaios It is quite obvious when you talk about obscatle courses and activate a pressure plate, dropping a boulder on your head. Also if you make it, I send you my address for the UA-cam money cut.
I think an RC tank would be cool, and make it able to fire projectiles that can set off teal plates. Also an RC jet of some kind would be cool.
Oh we could get RC tanks to play Shellshock in Terraria!
@@xtv62 Yeah, that would be pretty cool. Also for adventure maps, there could be small holes that a player can't fit in, that an RC tank could. So the player could send the RC tank into places they can't reach to solve puzzles/shoot teal plates.
oh, and make a minigame out of it, with it able to hit other tanks to gain points (like golfing!)
You can also equip the fpv goggles in a social slot, it doesn't need to take up an accessory slot
i feel like this will be a good vanity item, when dyed

Since you mentioned it, I feel like a great addition to the drown would be if you could right click to make the drone 'pick up' loose items underneath it. A subsequent right click could in turn drop the item that it's holding. Maybe you could even use such a feature in elaborate pressure-plate puzzles where you have to leave an item on a pad to hold a door open so the drone can move through it?

The first person viewing goggles can be also equipped into the vanity slot and still work like a monolith. Having a ruler equipped will allow you to use the drone itself as a measuring tool.

I actually piloted that drone through an underground cave because I got really curious and I couldn't breathe underwater. The drone itself was... zippy to say the least. The turning speed is really high, as well as the upwards push. It's really good for finding the sky lakes and Islands. Wonder what happens when you fly it into shimmer?

The "controlling projectile with point of view" has a whole bunch of potential. I'd love an RC Car as well! something that jumps.
It'd be cool if it could be upgraded too, take the RC Car, combine it with Bundle of Balloons and now your RC Car can jump as much as a player.
have it interact with blocks like a player, slides on ice/frozen slime, bounce on balloons/pink slime, and reach high speeds on asphalt.
There's also potential of RC Minecarts or like an RC Model Train you could drive around on tracks. Or something with weapons like a tank or airplanes that can fire bullets or missiles and drop bombs
or straight up robots
it'd also be cool to set up controllable base defenses so you have sentries you could control like little gunner seats
RC vehicles have a lot of potential, but if you really went far with it it could even become a subclass of summoner or some sort of tool.
Like - if the same system was implemented for pets - and all the pets had different properties like mounts do.
I'd love to have some sort of Falconry system where you summon your falcon and you control it and it can retrieve items and even enter combat.

I'm so happy! About thirty minutes before I opened this video, a traveling merchant just happened to have that very painting for sale. I'm definitely hanging it somewhere prominently for when I start my shared world with a couple friends XD
oh! Just found Cheesie's Eye of the Sun, but it's bugged. How do I submit a report? I placed it with the paint sprayer on and Illuminant Coating selected. Came back at night and only six of the nine tiles are illuminated; the top left corner isn't feeling very bright :( I even tried reapplying the coating in case it was just a fluke but no, the coating will not apply to those three squares.
If anybody knows how I can let the devs know I would greatly appreciate it, since I really want to make a build centered around this piece and absolutely want to have it illuminated :(
ETA Logging out and in again fixed it, but no matter what I did, even taking down and replacing the whole thing, wouldn't fix the bug during that first session I found it in. Very confused but I guess it isn't something inherently wrong with the item itself.

I can just imagine the uses for this. A hidden door that can only be activated by flying the drone through a one block gap and hitting a pressure plate to activate it is the first thing that came to mind.
This is a great way to find floating islands.

I think it would be cool if you could combine the drone with a rod of discord or harmony, it would make traveling through the world a lot safer and fun
How cool would it be if the race car could drive on walls and the roof if theyre made of slime blocks? Really cool adventure map possibilities
you know, since the down arrow isn't bound to anything, i think it would be really cool if it just reset the drone's rotation. that alone would open up the movement a lot

When they added the achievement for it, I had a ton of fun flying around at full speed, took maybe 3 minutes to get the hang of it then spent about a half hour flying
