When I go on vacation in Ontario, the camp owners throw a dinner every Wednesday evening. They cook moose burgers and make some side dishes. I've never had a juicier burger anywhere, and I live in Iowa where pork is king.

It has a texture and flavor all its own. Venison, elk, bison, and beef are all distinct from it. Give it a try if you ever get the chance.

There was no sacrifice of the eyes of e-bun to the smokeshack smoke. He's learning to keep his thumb off the mic, though, that's good. I've never eaten moose but I've heard it is the best of all meat.

That smoke shack has been busy! Lots of good meat there. Should go quick for you guys. Love the 'safety sandals' LOL. I did the same last weekend, dropped a corner of a 4x 8 sheet of plywood on my big toe. Ow! I won't do that again. lol.

Here's a suggestion, get some sprayable olive oil or cooking oil and coat the mesh wire before you put the meat on it, makes flipping much easier.

I cant stand the stench of life in the city.I take to the outdoor as often as i could and just get lost in the wood.I dont think any natural man belong in the city.True happiness lies in the great outdoor among the wood, the fields and the streams.I love people, just not a whole lot of them.....
