Despite not being my favorite episode of Murder Drones, it has a good importance for subsequent episodes, yes, it has problems regarding some things that don't make sense, but the introduction of AbsoluteSolver and Doll are just one of the reasons why this episode connects well with other episodes, and I'm sad to know that it doesn't get the recognition it deserves, even with its flaws.
Still way better than episode 5. Atleast it tries to take itself seriously even if it’s confusing.
@@BlueSoulGamer I think this is just a little better than Episode 5, I don't hate Episode 5, I actually like it a lot, the problem with it is that it's very comedic.
Again, one of the better E.W.W. style videos on UA-cam, but still going to clarify inaccuracies.

1:36 Legitimately can't tell if it is or isn't, I'd normally say that it isn't but the oil pattern seems to line up, so hard to tell, you get a pass :thumbsup:
2:14 One of N's character traits is that he's overly trusting, despite how badly they've treated him, N still trusts V and J.
2:28 Here's my theory for all the timeline problems mentioned:
There are two ~an hour or so apart timelines happening. The first one would be inside the building around a day after the events of episode 1. Uzi/N/V's interactions all happen roughly an hour after the initial scene with Frank. Whenever Thad meets up with Uzi and N and they go inside, the timelines converge. (I could definitely see myself missing something that makes this invalid so please point it out if I did)

4:59 This assumes that Thad grabbed the gun at the EXACT SAME TIME as when Frank got murdered, I don't think it's unreasonable to say he did it a couple minutes beforehand, held onto it for a little while until he could actually leave to go tell Uzi, and hear about the story on the way.
5:54 The timeline I mentioned solves the issue.
6:10 It sticks to the wall because of a flower-shaped magnet the worker drone added, it's REALLY easy to miss though so I understand.

7:04 Why are you using that specifically on Doll, you could use it with Uzi, N, V, J, or even Tessa to an extent, if every character in the story lives perfectly happy lives, it'd be a boring story.

Honestly though, still enjoyed the video, and raised some genuinely good points like how the timeline is legitimately confusing on first watch. Good video :)
Despite the many errors that this episode may contain, let's not underestimate its importance... I have the clear feeling that this is one of the most important of the series and we will only understand this once episodes 7 and 8 are released... Surely this is connected throughout the series and we don't realize it because we don't have enough information to formulate theories.
Pretty much every single thing brought up in this episode was resolved by EP6.
Uzi's power? Resolved.
The worm demon? Resolved.
Doll's reveal? Resolved.
The reveal that Uzi's mom had the solver? Resolved.
There are no mysteries left in this episode.

2:40 we can see that the wrench is rusty, so is easy to break, meanwhile the chains look fine and they should be stronger, but that doesn't explain why V didn't attacked uzi, i think she just wanted to scare her but i don't know
Counter argument, Uzi bends even more steel when Doll pins her to the ground in EP3, and that metal isn't rusted. >:]

Episode 2 is probably the most forgettable and underrated episode from Murder Drones
Fr, everything just blow up in ep3, ep2 was just liam saying "Yeah...How i'll do the lore?"
If feel ofended well, ill say ep 2 got some lore but yes, is not memorable is forgettable
8:44. Yes exactly. Why not just kill him off right here? He appears a grand total of two times in later episodes (both as a background character) and is effectively written out of the show by Episode 4 in a really unsatisfying way.
The Solver killing him off right now would actually provide an explanation as to why we don´t actually see or hear from him in later episodes.

@@Yagsterr Also regarding your hologram problem of the Solver showing J´s body missing the head, but then showing physically the opposite (head WITHOUT the rest of the body), could actually easily be explained by the fact that Solver has already completed rebuilding all of J´s parts- but the head isn´t reattached yet and the Solver was in the process of actually attaching the head to the rest of the completed body.
Just something I thought about.
@@riskopalfi801 I was the one who came up with that sin, and to that I say okay. If that's the case why bother capturing Thad and drawing the main cast closer instead of just reattaching the head?

I know that maybe it's a joke... But the continuity "errors" with disappearances and such, as well as how long N and Uzi were gone, can simply be explained by the fact thst first and second murders are flashback, which yeah, show should have made more obvious, but it's easy enough to reach that conclusion on your own
Tho I suppose that kinda gets messy, with the fact that the second murder scene is just getting investigated
Tho I suppose one could say that there by a coincidence happened another murder later, or Solver pretended to kill someone there later
Or it wasn't in fact the second murder, and there were more victims between them
Okay, well that still brings up the question that if we *know* these people disappeared why wasn't the investigator suspicious when suddenly all the "missing" people were in a room with the dead body?
By the time N and Uzi arrive we know there have been six killings based on the number of holograms. Five fake drones and one fake corpse, which had to be a different drone or it'd look identical to one of the living drones.

Honestly, I'm a fan of this episode... it may not be a top tier episode but a very good one in my opinion.

It wasn’t anywhere in episode 5 or 6, and this is supposed to be her catchphrase.
Huh. Interesting how the sudden decline in quality started when Uzi stopped saying "bite me." Episode 7 and 8 might be doomed if she doesn't say it.

The pieces all connect, and form a new railgun, powered by the Absolute Solver.
Uzi levels the barrel at the antagonist.

When Uzi first unlocked her powers at the end of EP3 I said that she would be the most dangerous being in the show due to her technical knowledge allowing her to make devices on the fly while battling using the things around her. I am SO sad that was never made a reality and this ending would be so damn cool.
Also she does say Bite Me to Tessa at the start of EP6.

@@cainothecreator8363 The FNaF timeline is more convoluted. It all has to do with the AMMOUNT of information presented.
Even If MD has a complex storyline plus a lot of environmental storytelling, all in just 8 episodes, that is nothing compared to FNAF.
In FNaF, the majority of the story isn't actually presented in the primary medium (the games). Rather, the story is presented across website source codes, 3 lenghty novels as well as a "spinoff" book series. That book series in particular is required reading if you want to even understand what's going on in the Steel Wool games, simply because there's no directly presented story in Security Breach. Or at least not a story that's satisfying (despite the game's heavy price tag).
Can you imagine, if said approach was taken with MD? Instead of the info being in the show, the majority of the plot would be presented in a novella. It would be 10x more complicated, not to mention allienating to the majority of the fanbase.

Sin #24 I say the disappearances were dolls doing I think V after the chain broke during the J issue when V was off screen and this stumped a lot of people but Thad meant it "looked" like J's body crawled away cause there was a dragging trail
Firstly I had a stroke reading that.
Secondly it couldn't be Doll's doing because she seemed super surprised about her powers at the end of the episode. I doubt she's been going around killing people for days given how she responded.
@@cainothecreator8363 Doll was surprised but that seemed more at the hologram. She seemed to know how to use that power on the spot also she covered her eye knowing it was there

Since it looks like she only killed one person in the night of the cold-opening, that means that she has been killing people since before J's corpse got funny.

I know episode 2 of murder drones may not be everyone’s favorite- but I do like it! I just know if they had more time to explore- aka more episodes- episode 2 could’ve been structured much better

I believe that we shouldn’t be making videos like these, since it would only make the creators want to make a season 2 less, we should look at all the good, not the bad tbh

Yeah 100% comedic critique videos are definitely at the top of murder drones' production problems list. You know if they cancel something that would PROBABLY have something to do with the fact they have to get $200K DOLLARS of budget while getting a dozen million views per episode on average and basically have to deal with youtube screwing them over and merch sales just to keep the project alive. Have you considered that?

This is great. I can point out like 2 things that I didn’t like about it, but I’m just so confused about why I was so disappointed when watching it.
I love every episode of Murder Drones, but episode 2 was the most forgettable for me.
