    Wow, fantastic robot, congrats!!! But please be careful of G405 and G431C to avoid fouls during the auto-teleop transition.

      @@RoboRangers-FTC G405 states "Any movement of the ROBOT or any of its MECHANISMS is not allowed during the transition period between AUTO and TELEOP" (a major foul), and G431C states "HUMAN PLAYERS may only place SCORING ELEMENTS into the OBSERVATION ZONE during the AUTO and TELEOP periods of the MATCH" (a minor foul). Auto ends with the buzzer at 2:00, and Teleop begins with the three dings, so neither should occur during the 8 second transition in between.
      Please note that I'm not trying to diminish your incredible run; I just want to make sure you (and other teams) avoid these penalties!

    Great robot! Just make sure in auton your robot is out of the observation zone when the human player is in it. I noticed that the human player was still aligning the specimen with the robot while a wheel was in the robot. Great job though!!

      @@JoshuaThe-xp2jb you are allowed to adjust the specimen as long as you were grabbing the outside part of the clips you are not breaking the plane of the field wall while the robot is in the observation zone check the q&a forum Q18 and Q145

    I love how fast your horizontal slides are! Are they power by servos or large moters?

    How did you guys know what materials you need to buy. How long does the planning phase usually take? My team is new to FTC and we aren't completely sure what the right way to start is.

      @@jai-r1e For every team it is different and the strategy we use is kinda hard if you don’t have old materials
      as we use old stuff and build as many robot as we can before we find a design that works and we like we probably build 5 different robotics in about 3 weeks but they had no power we just realized that it would not be good.

    Hey guys, awesome robot. My team is new to FTC, I was wondering how you guys were able to work with the horizontal slides and if your intake in automated including the transfer to the vertical intake. Good luck guys

      @@tanitolorunakinyemi3435 it is not fully automatic just in case we get a bad grab it set a middle point that our driver has to push a button to go to the next transfer all the way out

    How do you have a four clip auto while only pushing one sample in?

      @@russmark777 The human player starts with 2 colors samples and 2 yellow samples

      @@RoboRangers-FTC Your pre-loaded specimen must come from the human player (not from the submersible). So technically you only have one left. You should not have 4 total, but rather 3 if you only push 1 sample in.

    Think you have an extra HP blue sample during auton. You should only have one since the other is preloaded. Without that it looks like a 3 specimen auton. This brings total to 178.

    I was wondering if when the robot is already in the observation zone, can the human player adjust the hanging specimen during auto? Have you tried this in an actual meet?

      Yes the human player can manipulate the specimen outside the wall of the observation zone and it was tested and agreed upon by referees in Amarillo FiT

      @@tomerdanielli4354 in a way but most of it is driver skill we do have a husky lens where our claw is and it does defect and is able to line us up but we rarely use it as it is not tuned as well and we would like.

    Nice run! However, shouldn't the score be 158 points? After looking at the scoresheet at the end, you guys have 4 high bar specimens during teleop but I didn't see you guys place them during teleop

      I believe that it works like how it did last year so the game elements you score during auto carry over to teleop

      @@EeshMajithia it track the encoder counts from each wheel and puts them into a coordinate plain and you are able to set your heading to a specific point

      @@mrdoge8224 for the auto tracking just the imu but for other stuff like driving we also use husky lenses for more vision detection to help aid our drivers
