Lash extensions should never touch the eyelid, I see this so much and it shouldn’t be happening. Apply close to but never touching the lid.

What type of glue you are using?

I have problems with retention when using premade.. do you have any tips?
Yes! make sure to have your customers clean lashes before application! make sure to Prime lashes very well before lashing and have the primer fully dry before you apply extensions. Also, when you dip eyelashes in the glue do NOT wipe! Lastly, apply Activator or Sealant when you done, they will prolong the retention. And the other part is how your customers take care of their lashes, that's important too

0.10 is an adequate size along with 0.07 for volume lashes. It does not harm the lashes if and when the guest has healthy natural lashes.

May zound stupid but do you lash all the nstural lashes iv gone from volume to russian ones and they are lighter but If I close My eyes can see loads of my natural ones resting ontop which has baffled me by the way I'm using a new lash lady I have 5d russian volume
Yes, you are supposed to lash all the natural lashes. HOWEVER, some lash techs "cheat" and apply bigger fans, like 5D and higher and don't lash all the natural lashes because 5D's create quiet a bit of volume. Also you as a customer would not be able to see if all your lashes were lashes or not. Someone would have to lay you down and looks at your lashes with tweezers to see if any of your natural ones were missed
How long does it last ?
Mahi, a full set will need to be filled every two weeks, similar to nails. The timeline is based on how quickly you shed your natural eyelashes :)
Just like Nails, 3-4 weeks
How many premade do you use a eye ?
As many as we need to cover every customer's natural eyelash. It would vary depending on the customer. on average its 80-120 eyelashes per each eye

Hello! Due to the angle of the camara it does seem to look as if we were sticking it on the skin area although we did not. This is very dangerous, we always make sure to leave a space in between the extension and the lid.
