@Ron White Memory Expert - Memory Training & Brain Training There are a few suggestions to try
      Don't have a long to-do list
      Learn to say 'No'
      Do most important tasks first
Become a finisher not a starter
(I read these and why they work from Wilfs Blueprint System site )

Thank you so much, Ron. Your tips help me a lot. I did the same thing and it worked out. Thank you for being my memory mentor. May this be God's gift for me? After so many years I came to know about this technique from you. I realize it now. Previously nobody taught me or guided me like you. If I had done this once I'd have achieved so many things until now. Let it be it's never too late. I'll never give up. Thank God You're God's gift for me that I came to know about you after doing a lot of research on Google. Thank you so much. God Bless You and your family.
Would you like to share your personal emailID. With regards Glory

Step 1. Study for 25-50 min
then take a 10-15 min break
Step 2. Get 6-8 hours of sleep
the night after you learn something
step 3. Take notes in class
step 4. Clear your mind of all distraction
    step 5. Focus
step 6. learn the most important idea first
    step 7. Familiarize the glossary

For the gum one, I actually just learned that in my psychology class: one person's memory retrieval process will become easier if he/she is experiencing the same feeling as the memory was encoded in the first place. I didn't think of a good way to carry this principle out in my life, whereas here you are. You amazed me, thanks for all these tips.

Hey! You taught me how to memorize a deck of cards. One problem I had with the method was I could list them, but I could never be able to remember all the cards that had come up after say 47 cards and be able to know which 5 were left.
I play crazy 8s with friends a lot and that would come in quite handy. I think I've created a pretty cool system. Map the room 1-13 loci for Ace-King and associate a color to each suit, red for hearts, yellow for diamonds, etc.. and as each card is shown you show something happening in the color of the suit at a number in the chain. Say number 7 is a toaster, and a 7 of clubs and 7 of diamonds shows up then there is blue(clubs) water on on the toaster(7) and yellow(diamonds) electricity striking it. If the 7(spades) shows up, it's also blackened. Then you know just by looking all that is left of the 7s is the 7 of hearts.
I probably make no sense, but it seems to work for me. Just wondering your thoughts, if you ever read this.

most people lack motivation to start, because once you have started studying it isnt that hard. its pulling yourself up taking a planner and having an organised study. in this video i realized point 3 onwards more less are automatic for me. i tend to do those with or without acknowledging it. personally i have a problem of running away because either i fear i cant do it or i worry about the result and stop putting efforts in the first place.

I just wanted to thank Mr. White for fighting for this great country and the patriots living here in it (and by the way, you are a hero). You have made it simple for someone like me with dyslexia and dyscalculia. I'm now understanding I can achieve and so EXCITED about learning. I could have been so much more in life if I had been taught how to lurn!!! I am teaching my son now and ANYBODY that will listen to me for 5 minutes!!! I don't want anyone to have to suffer, not going outside at recess, or staying in the classroom with the lights off and told to put our heads down on the desk and be quiet till recess was over or having to STAND, and stair at the school wall in shame while the other children got to play!!! I'm almost 50 and now that I KNOW HOW, I'm going to see what I can do to help people around me. I can't thank you enough!!!

If you take your school text books and literally read them out loud, (has to be where you say the words out loud) your grades will drastically rise. You may not at first understand what you are reading, however when you read it out loud, you are using are using three senses, speaking, listening and seeing. It gives the subconsious information to work out and if you do it, you'll start to notice in a couple of days that you have an understanding of the information that you have to learn. Even though you don't understand the subconsious will work it out not right away, but the next day you'll see that you have a better understanding of it.

I wish I had found this video then. There are three unique tips in the video that are helping me now. I somehow made it into college despite having a bad GPA, but I suffered in my first semester. I really need to get back on track, and hopefully, with your tips, I will do just that.
