What I like about this house is the cove lighting, though I appreciate cove light, ang pinaka-issue ko doon ay yung paglilinis nito. Good thing na within palm reach lang yung depth nito and it gave me an idea too. The cove lighting here all throughout the house makes it feel like you're in a hotel especially in the hallway. I also like the bathrooms on the third floor, the marble like white tiles which makes it feel luxurious and the wood like tiles which makes it feel like you're in a spa/sauna. I also like the private balcony, it's a perfect space to read books or just hang out and chill and unwind all by yourself. Also, Miss Julia having her makeup done is so beautiful. :)
I love the skeuomorphic wall tiles of the guest T&B!! May ganun pala. Will definitely use that on my future house.

I like that open walk in closet in the master's bedroom's en suite, if you install a shower heater, you can steam all of your clothes,every time you take a shower...no wrinkles, and they stay clean.
Those large windows without curtains are called aesthetic windows, it's a non-functional window that lets huge amounts of light in while making the inside of your home like an oven.
Yeah you’ll need automatic curtains for them just to act as a bit of insulation, added cost to your A/C.
When it comes to house tour, Presello and Julia is actually a standard for me. I love how Julia always giving us ideas and few details about the house fixtures and designs and not just showing the house.

House design totally BETTER than the houses in my country and if i want to compare the price...MASSIVELY different. If this house design in my country, it would totally cost extremely expensive. Also, I prefer more talking especially when you talk about the material names which I learnt A LOT about it.
I like it coz its a well designed house. Its very spacious. It has a pool and it has a lot of balconies which I love. I just noticed that with most of the designs there are no master bedroom or junior master suite on the main floor for when you get old or for our elderly. Just my 2 cents. Its a big lot and atleast it has 3 carports. 4 car ports would have been ideal given the number of rooms.
What I really don't like about this house is the placing of the bathtub. How are you suppose to clean the space between the tub and the wall.
I was wondering why Presello, Ms. pretty Julia keep on featuring to market houses which is not done yet like this in Vista Real Classica since the real beauty of houses and its facade and features can be seen in finished houses. Oh by the way the window which can't be open perhaps is called an Omni fixed window which just there to light up the inner portion of any side of the house. And a cove lightning in any ceiling can be surrounded by thin layers of fiber glass so dust can't accumulate in its inner surroundings.
But as I see the house itself, some fixtures used in toilet and baths are gorgeous.
Though I like houses more which a peremeter wall is allowed to be constructed since its really for privacy and self added security.

I think it's either called fixed glass windows or sometimes called picture windows.
That staur break is called a landing right? Allows you to change directions for L-shaped or U-shaoed stairs
