  • Ingredients
    Amarakka- 300 gm
    Scrapped coconut- 1 handful
    Green chilly- 2 to 3
    Onion,medium-1
    Turmeric powder-a pinch
    Salt- to taste
    Curry leaves- 1 sprig
    Dry red chillies- 3 Nos
    Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
    Wash and chop the vegetable and keep aside.
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add mustard seeds,dry red chillies and curry leaves.
    Add chopped onion,green chilly and saute for one minute.
    Add chopped amarakka and saute for 3 minutes.
    In a bowl,add coconut,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
    Add 2 tablespoon water and close it.
    Cook for 10 minutes or until it is done.
    Uncover it and stir well to remove water content.
