    Just got back to work from office after years of wfh and a simple morning routine has definitely helped me get back on my zoom.

      Yes, at some point it no longer made sense and I’m really happy I didn’t force myself but adapted 😊

    Love this! (and I love the music choice and aesthetics). I'm a 5am/5pm person when I'm working...and, when I'm not, that alarm is OFF and I wake up whenever so I can catch up on sleep. Ideally, I would love to wake up 30-45 minutes before sunrise.

      Glad the 5AM thing is working for you.. I try to sleep in when I'm off but most times my body clock wakes me up 😅 (unless I'm really tired).

    Hi Nyasha thanks for sharing your routine.What time do you wake up when you are working from the office?How many days per week do you work from home?

      Thanks for watching! I'm in the office 2X a week - only thing I won't do is the breakfast, I also wake up 20min earlier (6.45AM) 🙂

    I wish i could lose weight so easily lol I am struggling with consistency
