It’s a shame this is virtual, because I want to stand up and give an ovation. Robin, Jack... that was incredible! Oh my goodness~ the emotion, the, the pain! And the way you communicated that was just stunning. My word- when Sirius mentioned “this is who I am. This is who mother didn’t want me to be.” I suddenly understand the family of Black dynamic, in a light I’d never seen it in before. And when Regulas kept returning to mother as a defence, it just added such a raw level of pain, because of the absolutely horrid thing she put Sirius through? ... wow. You have both outdone yourselves; that was magical.
Couldn't have said it better! This truly highlighted their whole dynamic so seamlessly, and in under 20mins?! Incredible writing and delivery!!

Regulus' flinch near the end is what sold it for me. Seeing the impact of their traumatic upbringing played out in two complete opposite ways (compliance and rebellion) was incredible. This is the storyline no one asked for but everybody needs. Thanks and well done, you two.
I’m shocked by how good the acting is omg!! The “soft Remus features” are completely gone and replaced by “sassy Regulus vibe” I love it so much😍😍
And the emotion is becoming deeper and deeper towards the end, omg I’ve never expected this to be such a flawless performance, I’m literally close to tears🤯🤯

Regulus saying with a forced smile "do you really think I haven't got tangled up already" and Sirius being shattered by that is the most heartbreaking moment of the year💔
And I'm particularly touched by the moments where they showed tacit understanding, like the Hokey Cokey part, or moments where Regulus was genuinely amused be Sirius' jokes. Those details remind me that they'd shared some valuable memories before it all became irreversible, and this fact just made the final tragedy even more painful...I didn't imagine seeing such deep and serious content. You two are brilliant actors!

When Sirius’ eyes start to fill with tears once he realizes that Regulus is a Death Eater, brilliant, my heart broke for both of them. Sirius, because he still cares for Regulus but couldn’t save them both, and Regulus because he felt like he didn’t have any other choice. 💔

Well this broke my heart for two reasons; the amazing acting and the headcannon I got halfway through that Walburga threatened Sirius's life when Regulus stepped out of line or Regulus begged them to spare Sirius and in return he would be the perfect son and do whatever was asked of him.
The way Sirius keeps saying Don't call me your brother ever again but than when Regulus asks him to leave, he says 'cause your my little brother. My heart T-T
I am genuinely crying right now, this was so good. The way reg just sat at the end in silence. Ouch. My heart is shattering. The small happy moments where you can see the potential for a good relationship to grow and heal after the trauma they’d family has brought them both just for it to be crushed in the next moment. Heartbreaking.
There is so much going on, the refusal to accept that he has been treated so badly, the confusion and defensiveness that entails, the guilt, all of it. Ouch
You are both such amazing actors and this is one of the moments I kind of wish you weren’t because it was so good I’m now crying hysterically.

I feel like crying. This felt so real; the acting during the sad parts was mind blowing. It makes me extremely upset that Regulus never got a chance to escape the clutches of Walburga's terrible ideals and was instead taken by death's clutches, from one to the other. If Regulus had only had a chance, his might have been the most interesting story.

Regulus black will always be one of my favorite characters cause of what he went through and sirius will never know what he actually did and watching this absolutely broke me but it truly shows that at times they couldve gotten along
God fucking damnit when Regulus flinched at the slamming door. Every little detail of this was beautiful and my word did this remind me just how sad Regulus’ story is. Very well done to the both of you ❤️

the most crushing thing about this is the fact we know what regulus did... he put up with it, he pushed away all chances of love, he sacrificed himself, his happiness, just to start to bring down voldemort. i love sirius- he is one of my favourite harry potter characters but, no matter how many scandalous things he did, Regulus will always hold the title of the bravest Black.
It made me cry how Sirius had such hope he could save his brother but to find out he was too late.

OW! That was gut wrenching! I am crying! It made it even worse for me that in the back of my mind I remembered your marauder era videos take place in 1979...so this was pretty much the last time either of them spoke to each other. I liked the fact the dynamic didn't immediately start with them arguing and that they were trying so hard to be just brothers hanging out. God this video was amazing. That long massive pause from Sirius directly after Regulus says "Do you really think I haven't got tangled up already" was so telling of every emotion that Sirius was going through: Pain at not being able to save his little brother, hurt that his parents had got to him, fear that Regulus might die (killed by someone he's fighting with). Regulus was only in the books for a brief moment but I think you've captured the very essence of what his character was like. Brainwashed by the family, living up to expectations that Sirius couldn't meet, being the perfect child but there still being that underlying feeling of doubt. I'm just blown away! This was beautiful in the most painful way imaginable. Well done guys x

In addition to the emotion in the video, I'm also stunned by how serious you are about what you do and how much you love those characters (I always know you do but this video just made me realize it's much much more than I could imagine). I love the subtle differences! Throughout the video it seemed Sirius was always saying hurtful stuff while Regulus was just joking in his own way. It seemed like Reg still loved Sirius but Sirius had already given up on him... UGH MY FEELS
I've been waiting for this. No one EVER cosplays as Regulus Black, despite the fact that he's the reason the Golden Trio were able to complete their Horcrux hunt at all. Love the names in the "Auror Department" in the description.
It all comes back to Walpurga abusing and manipulating both of them, and only succeeding with Regulus (at least until the Horcrux hiding stage), I've noticed... also, all of the Malfoys are full of themselves, but Lucius especially so.
This is such good acting I am astonished at how well it's done and yall had me crying. It's glorious 😭. This gives so much more depth to the characters than I've ever seen in vidios about Sirius and Regulas{sorry is spellings off}. Loved it, love the two of you, keep it up and you two as well should stay magical.
As an older sister I relate to Sirius a lot. Constantly worried that our younger siblings are getting tied up with the wrong people, and trying to be someone that can be a good role model for them. When Regulus said "you don't think I'm not already tied up?" that hurt so much to then look to Sirius and the pain on his face. 10/10 acting. Damn.
What an emotional journey this video was! It's incredible how you can be all flirty and loving when you are Remus & Sirius. But the dynamic changed completely when Regulus appeared. You made me have chills all over my body. Please keep creating content!
The laugh smile that Robin does for Regulus when he’s unsure or upset with how he’s going respond has me absolutely choked up because it has so many emotions in one simple movement. He wants to be with his brother so badly but he knows he’s doing exactly what Sirius doesn’t want him to. And believes there’s no way of fixing that. Just-

The emotions in this are so good. Both the characters and my own emotions afterwards. I always wondered what Regulus went through from the point of his graduation from Hogwarts to the point of his death. How and why he decided to go against Voldemort and everything his family believed and taught him his entire life.
Sirius probably never knew that Reggi died, but i think losing two brothers (with James) like that would be too devastating for him, so maybe not knowing is for the better.

That was possibly the best acting I've ever seen.
The worst thing i think about the og series is the fact that Sirius never got to learn Regulus tried, and kind of succeeded in escaping, in the end. He died thinking his little brother was just another version of his parents. Hope in the here after, hes proud of him.
Sirius being the older brother to regulus all he wants to do is be a protective and supportive brother yet regulus bless him pushes his older brother mainly because he’s poisoned by his mother’s views on Sirius and other positive wizard role models. It’s a great to see both sides of how the mother has affected the life’s of the brothers I’m relieved Sirius has grown up to be good person and is living in a healthy way I hope regulus starts following his brother’s footsteps it’s the only way to save him. I would love to see Sirius help brother break from the evil grip the mother had on him it would be a happy ending worth seeing for the brothers.
THIS IS A MASTERPIECE The acting, the pacing, the emotion and the lightness of their banter but the heaviness towards the end… it’s amazing!!!
As someone who lived in such a similar situation…ouch. I’ve always related to the Black brothers way more than anyone ever should. This was really therapeutic for me. 🥺 I hope to see more of Regulus on the channel. Robin did such justice to his character. Thank you both. 🙏🏼♥️

oh my gosh. this was phenomenal. the increasingly manic desperation in sirius's eyes, the devestation masked by rage when regulus admits his beliefs!? and regulus, oh god. you portrayed him prefectly. my heart was breaking. i could feel the confusion, pain and fear emanating off of him. the way you deeply understand these characters thoroughly amazes me.

god the absolute EMOTION in this video. this perfectly portrays how i imagine their relationship. the tension between them. i believe that when regulus died, sirius never found out what regulus did. i believe, too, that regulus sent sirius a letter. but after their fight, such as in this video, sirius burnt the letter up because he couldn't STAND the thought of reading anything his brother sent him. but after regulus died, he felt so guilty. he never read the letter. he never found out what regulus did. that regulus finally understood what sirius was talking about the whole time. he defied his parents. he defied voldemort. but it was too late. he and sirius already told each other they never wanted to be brothers again. he didn't have anyone to save him if things went south. so he died. he died apologizing so much to his brother and to everything he said that night. wishing they could've reconciled

i love the difference's and simalitaries that they made the charters have and I'm so glad and surprised on how amazing this turned out and i love how serious points out how his parents were abusive and should not have treated them like that and how she was holding serious back from being himself and that was one of the main reasons he left i also love how serious still visits after his mother treated him because of regulus not because of serious. you can tell how hard they worked because when serious was talking about how he visited to see if regulus was ok you could here the pain in his voice when he is just talking and espicaly when he his yelling and it is awesome. serious is trying so hard to help regulus understand the torment and i love it . AND out of context i LOVE how normally robin is all sweet and funny when cosplaying Remus but now he is all serious and sassy i love how well he can change for all the charters he cosplays and its awesome as well as jack the tattoos are awesome and are very portrayed very well this vid is awesome and it has just the right amount of angst and sibling fights and love and i love how hurt jack was able to make serious sound at the end. you guys did such a great job and you can tell you guys worked hard on it and i love it and it looks like everyone else dose aswell because at the time I'm righting this there are no NOT EVEN ONE dislike on this video and that says something keep up the great work guys 😆😄

Also, I understand what Sirius' saying about/to Reg and where he's coming from, but some of the stuff he says just seems so hurtful to me. I understand that Sirius is taking his feelings out on Reg, and he's trying to get him to see how their mother has completely brainwashed and pit them against eachother, but still...idk.
I cried so much watching this, but it was beautifully made. My dream career is to go into acting, and I take watching amazing videos like these as tips on how to improve my acting, I'm autistic so find other people's acting to be helpful to improve my own, simply by watching a video. Okay, hold my butterbeer... I have to dry up my tears. This one hits different. Jack, your Sirius is perfection. Even if you are saying "mean things", you can see and hear that you mean them in a jokey way. Not to hurt Regulus.
And now to Robin. Merlin knows I am in love with the character of Regulus Black. I cosplay him as well. Sadly I have no real friends or anyone who could understand why I love him so much. And there is you, nailing his character bullseye. The facial expressions everytime Sirius is picking on him. And you can clearly see that it hurts him. How he tries to explain why he is so obedient to his mother. And you really got me with the line "if you had only a few months left to live...". It broke my heart!
You guys created something I always wanted to see and I wanted to do myself countless times but never could. A last talk between the Black brothers and a clear view of how much they drifted apart (and how much they love each other, regardless of all of that).

I did not expect this to take the turn that it did, but I'm so grateful for the way it all turned out. The level of pain, trauma and abuse and the loss of a relationship they probably never even had to begin with- it all came to life so naturally and so organically in so little time. Honestly I didn't even realize I had teary eyes until Sirius started crying. This is a masterpiece. You are both incredible actors and my mind is now torn because I picture you as Wolfstar, but this was so great too ahhhhhh-
