I think it is a decent price for what is offered. But this is not a brand new hotel, right? Looks like it's been renovated (look at the joints in the bathroom and some paint cracks).
Thanks for the update. Is it a refurbished old place? 1,000THB per night is only fair not outstanding. Looks like most places are trending towards tiny rooms with twin beds. Things like the kettle and Ikea mugs are the cheapest of cheap, I know because I bought both myself lol...
Only thing that would put me off is to much shade around the pool ,annecy ..Paint cracks ?iv'e yet to see a hotel bathroom tiles grouted 100% perfect in the years iv'e been there 😏got to love Thailand

You can not afford expensive equipment at a cheap hotel.
But I think I'm satisfied with a clean and usable mug and kettle

ここは、パタヤでの常宿です。連泊すれば1泊3500円ほどに収まる。ホテルで朝食取らなくても、近くに100バーツ程度のモーニングやってる店もあり、クリーニング屋も洗濯機もある。そして、夜遊びにうってつけのソイブッカオがすぐ近く。昼間はそこを通り抜けて歩いたら、セントラルのあるビーチも行ける。セントラルの地下のフードコートで昼食を取れば比較的安く食べれる。セントラルからビーチまではすぐ。ビーチのパラソルの下で、まったりするのもよい。ソイブッカオとは違って、この辺りのマッサージは健全で安い。だいたい1時間200バーツ。バンコクよりかなり安い。

Dont stay here .. Loud in the mornings with Chinese bus trips , and shower drain vents sewage smells ..
友人が４月30日から５月４日迄泊まっていましたが やはり事前情報通り中国人の団体がちょっとって感想でした。昨日迄パタヤ今はバンコクにいますがほんと中国人多いですね。
今最もタイに来ているのは中華系団体ツアーでしょうね。レストランなどでは一緒になるとうるさそうですねw
