    Simple video wo much preamble and fuss.
    Pada pachimotasana, halasana, ardha matseyndrasana could be added if one can do.
    My personal experience confirms diabetes type2 reversal completely by following these steps,in addition to cutting out on junk food and cool drinks and alcohol.

    Mujhe spine ki problem hai mai. Manduk aasan nahi kar sakti.Forward bending. bilkul manna hai .. Baki aasan karne ki koshish karti hun. Thanku so much .God bless you

    I do 4 out of 5 asanas daily in addition to other asanas and pranayam too for the last 5 years. But sugar level does not come below 250 despite strict control of diet.
