Very dangerous “bridge”. Why can’t the community get together and make it more secure, especially with hand rails?! You have skilled, strong, capable men there and can get that bridge secured with your own material and labor in less than a morning’s work. This is what is very disheartening about helping communities when they can’t take any initiative on their own!! Do “donors” have to pay for something as basic as that? We already know local government doesn’t do well, so what do the villagers do for themselves with something like this?!
