Ingredients-
➤ 1 small joint of beef
➤ 1 tsp mustard powder
➤ 5 medium maris piper potatoes
➤ 4 large carrots
➤ 1 tsp fennel seeds
➤ 1 tsp maple syrup
➤ 5 sprigs of broccoli
Yorkshire
➤ 75g plain flour
➤ 55ml milk
➤ 25ml water
➤ 1 egg
Gravy
➤ 1 tbsp flour
➤ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
➤ Splash of red wine
➤ Stock cube
