This is not okay for balanced patch, tbh people feels "I need to catch up with spear metas" and the classic build or vanila will abandoned (no janthir dlc)
This balance patch sucks, but that's always the case with expansions coming out, realistically if you're not going to buy expacs when they come out, the builds being this strong won't matter for you
