Hi thank you so much ❤️❤️ You can use a hydrating moisturiser without any oil in it as oily skin still needs hydration. If you have then optionally you can also use mattifying primer. And then u can use the foundation and set it with powder.

Hi they're both shade range numbers so 115 will be slightly darker than 100. Both have pink undertone (denoted by P)
