Had 50-70fps with this ryzen 5 3550H, gtx 1650 and 8gb did all the tips but it still runned cap at 70 but was very smooth with mid setts

my dear, with a 60hz display 60 client fps it's the maximum. Try to hook it up to an external 120 or 144 hz display and you'll see the Client FPS rise.
