I turned vegetarian 2 months ago and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made as I’ve lost a lot of weight and I feel a lot healthier and to know I’m doing better for the environment makes me feel proud and happy. I think if you cut out meat for a month it’ll do you all good as you can still get quorn. I thought I’d never be able to cut out meat but I surprised myself

Hi inghams this is for Isabelle: for Christmas you could maybe ask for a bullet journal - it’s like a scrapbook but you draw and organise your life, you can do mood trackers, birthdays, and make a planner for your homework or just to remind you of things you need to do. I think you would really enjoy it if you like scrapbooking and I do and it’s such a nice hobby that also helps you keep organised 💖 So I think Isabelle would like it if she got a bullet journal and supplies for it for Christmas 😊💖🎄
Maybe Isabelle would like some kind of cooking kit. For example the dry ingredients in jars and things like that to make brownies, gingerbread etc. Really fun and can be done together 💜
Well izzy I'm 15 however I'm sure you will love it too it's an electric Face cleanser you can get them for amazon and other places too x

Isabelle, something that is popular here in the USA ( if you like scrapbooking) Is Planner decorating or Memory keeping, both are like scrapbooking. Also we are using the instax camera to put pictures in our planners and memory keeping. Don't forget a Sprocket printer to make stickers out of your photos off your phone.

Here are some suggestions for your christmas list isabelle: pandora braclet get 1 charm for it every accasion or maybe pandora ring or earings, you could get squishys or slime/putty some family games for a family game night as i know you have movie nights some times, you could get scrunchies because i seen many videos that esmé said shes obsessed with them, maybe you could get crafty things like art paints, felt tips e.t.g a new pencil case, new clothing or foot wear and you could get a watch or make your own bath bomb, make your own lava lamp. It reminded about this really interesting Netflix show I watched the other day- ‘The Game Changers’. It’s where these top athletes and scientists find/test the optimal diet for human health- I just cannot recommend this enough for you to watch I think you’ll love it and what they have to say :)
Also just a little fun fact for you- (that I think also Isla might like) every family in the UK ditching meat for ONE meal a week has the same environmental impact as taking 16 million cars off the road (45 million tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions)

You can still do a vegetarian version of bolognese. I chopped up red and yellow peppers, mushroom and onions and tomatoes. I mixed it with the sauce and added bow tie pasta. We had it with garlic bread for dinner last night.

I can almost guarantee if it appears at night /in the morning as well it is TMJ (Temporomandibular dysfunction) it can also occur from grinding teeth or clenching your jaw when sleeping ,the dentist's can make you a mouthguard to wear at night to help and also give you some mouth exercises :)
