It makes me smile seeing your dreams finally becoming a reality. Just wish I could have given you some Zofran so you could have saved those hugs for Cole and not the bucket. Wishing you both a safe journey
Hey guys! Brand new subscriber. 4 episodes in. I'm exploring a similar lifestyle I'll have to tell you my story so far but I see you mentioned starlink as a remote employer. I'm curious to what your exact job is through starlink
We have built out 7 stream of revenue all of which starlink is really the only way we could have done this. It works great and anyone can work remote on a boat using it.
I got addicted and watched 4 episodes… i gotta stop and get to work… This has been great… 😄 i will be back to keep watching and get caught up lol I said it in another comment but im so proud for you two 😊
Great video! We found your channel this month, Sept. Sorry we didn't know you in April. We are on our boat in Seabrook Kemah area and would have loved to have met up for sundowners. We will be heading for Fla and our cruising plans next spring hopefully. Congrats on a beautiful boat!
Congratulations on your dream achievement. I started watching and i am hooked. One tiny suggestion...Could you number your episodes so people like me coming later and are enjoying can watch your magnificent journey in order.
For seasickness, suggest you try an electronic anti-nausea wristband. They are improvement over the seaband and send a signal to wrist nerve that disrupts the inner ear to brain signal that triggers nausea. I have EME-Term version that runs around $125.
I work and most likely was aboard the drillship Noble Globetrotter I shown at 14:00 when yall passed it about 200mi south of Mobile, AL. Awesome to see yall starting this new adventure. I'm hoping to give up work offshore and buy a catamaran soon as we can coble together a plan to make it work financially. Until then we'll be living it through youtube sailing channels. Can't wait to follow your adventures!
I wish I could show a video. Its not allowed for legal reasons. We are serious about getting a boat and sailing full time and have already taken some major steps. We sold our home on 15 acres in July and just bought a motorhome. Figured in the motorhome we could save money, downsize which I'm sure you're aware was a major hurdle, and learn to live in a smaller space. We plan to be in Southeast Florida the first part of next year. Maybe we can do some window shopping for boats while we are there. We are looking decent to purchase a boat debt free but our biggest hurdle at the moment is how do we maintain an income at sea. I have an IT background and have had some mixed success dabbling in investments so those are my best two avenues for becoming a digital nomad. I believe something will come though if we are determined.
Sorry Emile's first 12 hrs wasn't as special as expected. Washing- machine ride is not the best way to start. Adventure Crews first sunset is awesome. Hired captain & a McGuiver friend along was smart as it turned out. Glad you finally got the silence of sailing. Exciting first cruise by the Crews & video as well.
Aghhhhhh We want your life SOOO BAD!!! 😭 How can we make it happen! How financially can we live a life like this??? We are in our late 50s and this has been a pipe dream for Way to long! How ! Just How can we do it!❤
Everyone’s financial situation is different but with Starlink there has never been so many opportunities to still make money while cruising! Make a plan and stick to it and you will fine it is actually easier than you think!
You can do it! I told my oldest who’s in college that her and her fiancé should really consider having children of course I want grandchildren, but I also want my babies to live the most adventurous life possible you only get one life ❤
Hey TRIPLEWHOPPER! You’re right, we’ve learned a lot since our Gulf Crossing. In fact, we’re learning everyday! That’s what we love about this lifestyle. Keep showing up in the comments section, we love hearing from you! 🫶🏼

And then Ian shows up to rain on your parade. I really hope you are safe, and the boat survived the storm.
What a wonderful first adventure.
So, was the boat name Adventure Crews and that is how you named the channel? Exciting sail home I am sure.
Oh, my! Every passage seems to have hiccups. I'm glad you made it safely across before hurricane season began. :) ~Melissa
It is so incredible seeing you guys SAILING!!!! so many dolphins and just endless views
Are you going to put out a video of the repairs from the trip TX to FL? Found your channel from Kristina's travels at the boat show.?

What a great video! So happy for you (and so happy for the boat)!

One thing i learned from all these sailing videos is.....they make things to break down on boats
Good videos outside of the facetime percentage was high.
Yayyy that’s my city Lake Charles ❤️❤️
just joined at 2.96k subs
Nice trip
I used to carry a spare prop, nuts & cotter pins…It’s scary loosing props… it’s worse loosing them when you can’t go get one
so true!
I have to ask, did you ever figure out happened with the port prop disappearing?
It’s somewhere in 8,000 feet of water 🤪 it wasn’t put on properly and spun off.

Seems like a lot of failures for a boat that just had a survey conducted.
Glad I could take likes off of 666!
Us too!
These people are clueless.
