I know right? I actually missed on getting Passionlip as I joined late in NA, but she deserves to be a 5 Star. The creator's need to write that down!

Look at it in a "glass half-full way". While she lacks that extra star and two additional outfits, you're guaranteed to get her and she'll be performing optimally at NP5. Plus, it isn't too uncommon for welfares to be very strong (e.g. Kintoki, the Summer Valks, Shiki, Stupid Beauty (Lancer), Kagetora, Summer Hokusai, etc.)

I’d doubt that she is the welfare ,cuz if she really was the welfare then she should be joining our party temporarily the moment she received the swimsuit from us. The only summer welfare that didn’t join us temporarily was Knockarea, as she appeared as an enemy at start. However this doesn’t necessarily apply to Lip since she is clearly on our side when she first appeared in the event.
I mean, Hakuno would know. Lip was stalking her/him like crazy on that one floor of the Sakura Labyrinth. _(was it the 15th one? I don't remember_ 🤔 _)_
Floor 7 or 8, since Passionlip was after Rani. Floor 15 was either Liz or Melt
Interesting... As stated, in CCC she was capable of concealing herself, representing the shy aspect of her personality. This gives me some hope

I find it interesting to see the community mostly being “if xxx is gonna be the welfare” and forget that if continuation from summer event is a freaking story chapter, the possibility we get summer units as story locked/permanent units is not far off
I'm living with so much cope at the idea that we'll get a Summer Passionlip at all.

My feeling is nasus statment in the hoyo collab interview was his hail mary to try to get summer passionlip to happen and it … sort of worked but only in so much as we got her art added just in time for the event.

I only wish that she won't be assassin. We already had two assassin summer wellfare servant, I'd prefer another class like archer o caster, maybe Mooncancer for the event or she keeps alterego.
I can see her becomming a mooncancer but class advantages as assassin cause why not XD.... aciel is working mostly as an archer as well lols

On the one hand passionlip is a limited 4 star that I never originally had so being a wellfare would be interesting, on the other hand I miss the days when we would get popular limited 5 stars as summer wellfares. We have not had one since da vinci ruler in summer 6.

If Welfare, she doesn't change costume on ascension and stays the only 4 star BB 5.
What a horrible turn of event.
But assassin would make sense. She is a fusion of different servant data.
And in Las Vegas summer story she sneaks up and takes down 3 of the main cast.
All three are or were Assassin Class Servants outside of their Swimsuits
