past is always look nice,it is better if you some explain about location.
Actually, Dickens died on the 9th of June, 1870 (just for the record :-)
is Crystal Palace somewhere in here ? That would be amazing to go inside.
Why is that union flag upside down?
Is true and very real of that time.
Good job you cant smell the dung and filth on the street . Industrial air was bad too. But it adds to the atmosphere of the time .

Aldwych Tube Station on the left on the 3rd frame at 0:28, behind the lamppost. You can see the slider gates closed and locked, because this station shut in 1994.
Yes, I stopped at that point and started to read the comments. Built in 1907, and designed by Leslie Green, born 1875............
Clock dials do not have the marking IV for four, they are marked IIII for aesthetic reasons.
Some did use IV. Big Ben for example.
@@petermedcalf1191 Big Ben's numerals are stylised Gothic and are more or less markers as they can't be seen as numerals from the ground . With very few exceptions, the figures on regular domestic clocks and watches all have the figure IIII in order to balance the layout of the dial.
Also st Basil's cathedral Moscow
@@petermedcalf1191 St Basil's doesn't have a dial. Maybe you mean the Kremlin clock? This is one of the few exceptions, only because they made a mistake and didn't know about convention.
