Hey There, You can't change the speed restriction. The 20mph restriction is because the ebike is a Class 2 so that's all it's allowed to do but 20 mph doesn't seem fast for a smaller bike like that but it's plenty fast for the style bike it is. The Class 3 bikes go upwards of 30 mph. Hope this helps. Have a Great Day!
I've been looking for an electric bike for commuting to work. One of my biggest concerns is waterproof ratings as where I live when it rains it gets pretty heavy. Would you say that riding on wet terrain or even riding in the rain would be a concern?
@@clyptic8932 Hey, Thanks for the comment. The Waterproof level on this bike is for general washing and light rain. It has a rating of: IP5 4. The higher the last number the more waterproof it is, at least that’s what the rating chart says. Good luck and Thanks for Watching.
Hi, because of your review I decided to buy one. I got the bike and it appears to be very well made. I’m having a problem and I can’t ride yet because when I tilted the bars, I tightened that bolt as tight as it would go, tilted the bars back in place, but they still move. I’m not sure what it can be but I thought I’d ask you about it. Thanks
@shardie78239. Did you ever figure out the issue. Just wondering, did everything on your handlebar neck stem look like the one in the video. I want to make sure this issue gets resolved. You can also DM me on Facebook also. - Ed
@ Ed, no I decided to call a Mobil repair guy. Can’t come till next week. When the bolt is tight where it tilts, I’ve tried to adjust several times but judging from videos it should not be doing what it’s doing.
@@bullpower6652 It actually is a really good bike with really good range. We did a 13.5 mile ride through flat trails and some hills and I only used about 1/4 of the battery. I used peddle assist about half the ride also. And the Fat Tires help with the terrain. Any other questions, just let me know.
Hey Everyone, This is another Awesome Foldable eBike. If you want a Fat Tire ebike at a Great Price... This is Great Choice!
Another foldable bike! Awesome!! :)
@@BritPit15 They just keep getting better each time. Thanks for watching. 😁
Anyway of removing the speed restrictions?

If you’d like, I can contact my contact at Hitway and see what they will do. Are you paying for the repair call?
@ I sent them email I’m sure they will reply. Thank you.
Is the range really good in real life?
