Rebekah Del Rio: Fragilidad @ Living Room NYC!

Rebekah Del Rio opened her show in New York City's venue "The Living Room" with her absolutely gorgeous Spanglish version of Sting's beautiful song "Fragile". Taken from her CD "All My Life: Toda Mi Vida", Ms. Del Rio captivated the NY audience with this heartfelt song and many others that evening. This is not Spanglish, it is just part in Spanish and part in English (even if she has an accent it is correct English and correct Spanish). A version totally in Spanish - with the same lyrics - was also recorded some years before by Argentinian singer Mercedes Sosa (R.I.P.). On the other hand Spanglish is English converted into Spanish words by changing the pronunciation and even the spellling of the original word - like 'aparcar' o 'parkeo' o 'conmutear'.
