    HeyJess, I agree with how easy this plant is. I bought mine online about a year ago and have grown it outside since - even when it arrived mid winter. It just hangs around enjoying life, regardless of the attention received from me.

      Haha! I love that - I think that is exactly how i feel about this plant - he's just chilling there on the shelf not really minding me when I'm freaking out over some of my more delicate plants! 😂😂

      The best kind of decisions are plant decisions!! string of hearts is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! They can be quite easy to grow so I've heard! Hope you're doing well and loving your uploads!!

    Seems like a really easy plant! Now I think I want one 😂 Thanks for clarifying the whole “semi-succulent” thing! I always find that confusing. Now I’m certain that the Ceropegia “string of” plants aren’t succulents while String of Dolphins, Pearls, Beans, Bananas, Tears etc are all part of the Senecio family. Then there’s String of Watermelons which I think is from the Curio family? 😅🤷🏼‍♀️ All succulents apart from the Ceropegia as far as I know 😊

      Oh yeah!! I forgot about the string of watermelons!! I was confused too coming across the "semi-succulent" thing because I kept seeing it everywhere - I also saw that the term was used to attract succulent lovers to the ceropegia family too because the plants share similarities - what a PR move aye!!

    Learned a lot for this plant!^^but I can't stomp self >< from clarifying that the string of pearls, bananas ,dolphins..are actually part of the senecio family!

    I repotted my needles and now they are dying. Help! What do I do? It’s not root rot because the stems are dry :l

    Ceropegia is not a family, it’s a genus under the family Apocynaceae

    Can you put it into a green house?

    • @jessypotplants
      @jessypotplants  4 роки тому

      yep!! but depends on how big your greenhouse is. I think mine does quite well with low humidity
