My CGC Graded DC Silver Age 1st appearances comic book collection! Justice League, Showcase, etc..

- Hello everyone! Today I wanted to take a break from hauls and showcase my DC Silver Age 1st appearances. I am aiming for a 9.0 or better so the hunt always continues, but this is where I am currently at!
Those are some great Comics ! I never had any of those books , but when I was a kid, i got to read a lot of those, my fav was the Creeper ! The story was in a Detective Comics 100 page Super Spectacular from 1974 ! Thanks for showing such awesome 1960s DC comics, I don't think it gets any better tnan what you have , congratulations

Thank you MT! And you aren't kidding. I try to keep all my main collections raw and only get key 1st appearances graded so its easier to sell/trade/upgrade, and any decent early asm is harder and harder to find raw

Pretty sure Batman was sitting with Ace when she died. She was younger in that version and had powers. I really loved him in the HBO show Star Girl. If you are a DC fan I highly suggest the show.
Some really great books
Since you’re a big Flash fan and now you’re into Psycho Pirate, it’s time for you to read the original Crisis on Infinite Earths. Both play big roles
I deff have that on my reading list! I spend so much time in my comic room bagging and boarding that im behind on my actual stack of reading

Good to see that you mainly go for high grades. Maybe some of the slabs are CPR candidates for a grade bump after a (wet)clean and press.
After struggling just to get my ASM keys in low grade, its refreshing to be able to get some of these key dc appearances in such nice grades. Most look pretty accurate but i have been thinking abput doing CPR with the justices league of america 64 as i cant find a real flaw on it

Thanks Josh! While i have my eyes on alot of books, the 4 big ones i really plan to add this year are Captain Atom 83 1st Ted Kord Blue Beetle, Aventures of Rex the wonder Dog 4 1st detective chimp, Batman 121 1st Freeze, and a high grade Worlds Finest 111 1st clock king

Hey conlin I'm also a big dc fan with golden silver and bronze age issues love that crazy quilt issue always think of him as a batman Villian will definitely see your other videos now do you have most issues raw too that you read ps that justice league with first silver age red tornado and that era of jla is my favourite
Thank you Mark! DC has so many underrated classics! For everything I collect it is all raw except 1st appearances which i get graded so its easier to sell/upgrade/trade if i wanted to
@@ConlinsComics nice one conlin I have the raw big runs of main dc titles but it's early 50s and 40s I'm trying to get at the moment top of my list is the flash with his first three apperances in showcase which includes Barry Allen's first appearance but out of my price range for now
@@mark-s thats awesome Mark, can only imagine the time its taken you tracking those down. And i know what you mean, those early Flash appearances have gotten so pricey
