You do not need Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines or Beyond the Call of Duty to play, this is a completely free standalone.
Tips for 3 star mission time:
Do not use the green beret as that will only slow you down, in fact he is pretty useless in this level
Get the driver to the tank as fast as possible, only eliminating/distracting the guards you need to on the way
Don't take time to kill everyone like I did, just simply rush to complete the objectives
When capturing a video on commandos for youtube, I use 800x600 rather than 1024x768 so you can see the area better.

+porcusdiu I don't think there is a complete pack anywhere, the only way I know of is going to:
sites.google.com/site/strikeinnarrowpath/downloads
And download and installing the base package then the missions in chronological order
