The plateau is actually really easily explained. Even if you're using PEDs there is still a limit you're not going to be able to go beyond. That limit has already been reached.

The music is too loud and distracting. Makes it hard to follow your dialogue.

The music ruins what would have been a really interesting video.

Anyone else bothered by the music will be pleased to learn @Jumper Junction does a much better job in his more recent videos. I've watched a few other videos on this channel and I've enjoyed them all.
I personally think the subject of this video is interesting enough to release it again with improved audio (i.e. greatly reduced background music). If he still has the original video files, it should be too hard to make an improved version.

Good analysis. But if we start interfering with genetics, we will create human monsters . Actually already they are interfering and it is illegal like doping.

Fantastic analysis. I'm surprised at the amount of pseudoscience in sport. That is wasted time and energy though it may not be significant. Cupping during resting time probably won't slow anyone down much maybe some of that energy tape slows things down a bit or shifts focus to something with no effect.

@@brianmoore6490 All the sources I can find say cocaine reduces an athlete's performance. And article on Michael's House titled *"Athletes May Use Cocaine to Gain an Edge in Their Sport"* says the following:
*Researchers found cocaine to diminish an athlete’s strength, endurance and overall performance, despite the user’s distorted perception that they were improving. It also impaired the body’s ability to regulate its own temperature.*
      An ESPN article says:
*The few studies that exist suggest that little to no performance gains are incurred from cocaine and its amphetamine-like properties. Cocaine is notable for distorting the user's perception of reality; for example, an athlete may perceive increased performance and decreased fatigue in the face of actual decreased performance in both strength and endurance activities.*
Neither of these articles link to the source of this research so I'm not completely convinced. Do you know of any studies which show cocaine is a performance enhancer?

Track and field is not interesting at all. No market for it (like the WNBA). If people wanted to watch it money would be plentiful, but no one cares. So just have fun with it and enjoy your youth.
