Kaepernick taking the knee had nothing to do with his employment, it was suppose to be about bring attention to Black men being killed by police officers for no reason. If the players felt or believed this was unfair they should have collectively said "NO" by standing up for their rights. That could have been done by ALL OF THE PLAYERS by walking off the job.
