I'm not a huge fan of hip-hop either but you can't say it's shit just because it's the new music genre. People had the same reaction to jazz just the same. It happens every generation.

If that's what you think music is vs a generation that actually took the time to LEARN AN INSTRUMENT, then you better look in the mirror. Sorry, all they do is rap and anyone can yell and rap. Not everyone can play an instrument and sing. It takes talent and a senses of accomplishment to be a master of an instrument. So......take your rap somewhere else.
