Those parasites can be dangerous to fish as well as humans if not controlled. I don’t remember the name but my Dad had the same situation in his pond and he put a healthy amount of bluegill and catfish and that helped because the fry fed on them. There is also water additives that can be added but the pond needs some kind of way to circulate anything that’s added like a fountain or something like that. Love the content brother!

Just wanted to comment and say that I really really enjoy AYO’s videos. I also enjoy his work with LOJO. But honestly I think Andrew has the best and funniest personality out of all of the the different fishing youtubers that I watch. I know that you’ve said in the past that you guys freely do appreciate feedback so I thought I’d just throw my two cents in and say that it washed cool to see lojo at the beginning but when you fish; you’re going alone and with some of the other creators I hate when they do that most of the time but the badge makes it fun and enjoyable all on his own. I work at bass pro, most of the googan stuff is in the big bins next to the clearance stuff but for $6 a pack. The kids with their moms always ask for it though.

Clinostomum marginatum or "Yellow Grub" is my best guess on what that parasite is. It is not something that can really hurt humans and is generally carried to a body of water and "placed" there by aquatic birds. I do not know how to get rid of them but maybe a pond specialist or someone smarter than me will be able to help with that. Keep up the amazing work Badge.
Was a good guess but they look to be under the skin and worm like. I was surprised how easily they came off.

You guys should hook up with Marlin, the Iowa dude who makes vids of him making lures and fishing them.
He seems to enjoy fishing but it appears he enjoys making stuff more, or at least generally has better luck at making than fishing lol.
But I think it would be entertaining to see a fishing challenge with, say, 5 of his wildest lures.
I’ve had a fish follow that arashi lure out of the water and eat it mid air, crazy blowup and catch for such a thick squarebill. Nice vid challenge!

I'm not going to lie, I think that Berkley's baits are 10x better than googan baits because their more durable, better scent, and all around catch more fish in my opinion. Berkley>Googan! (This is just my opinion.) Pit Bosses are great for T-Rigs and Punching.

I have had a nice 2lb bass lock down on a on power bait worm. And the hook was never out of the worm either. So they do hold on and won't let go

I’ve caught bass with the goat as a trailer, swimming it, and on Texas rig.
I caught a 4lb largemouth on a red and black full sized GOAT late spring this year. And quite a few smallies on ONE bait! That's the beauty of z man stuff.
