Landon as a character took some time to grow on me, but by the end of the season I liked him. However when it comes to his relationship with Hope I never liked it. Raf on the other hand I liked from the very first episode and the potential with him and Hope is real. I do think they have a lot of chemistry, but I do need to see something more from Hope when it comes to Raf. He is whipped with or withouth memories now its her turn :D.
Landon isn't a bad character. He definitely isn't bad for hope. He was one of the first people to ever make her feel special outside of her family and Rick. But she has always had a soft spot for Raph. Even in the first season she wasn't horrid to him she was just a little closer off, but she opened up after that dragon episode because he proved to her that he would always keep his word for her. After that, even if they were fighting or not, she was always on his side. I hope they will be endgame because though landon was a good ice breaker for her, her and raph has always been drawn together
I really do hope Raf and Hope are endgame. He's just so good for her. Calls her on her bullshit when she needs it but still treats her better than anyone else. He doesn't lie (doesn't like to anyway), he's honorable, loyal, brave, selfless...he's a good man. She needs that in her life. She needs a win that won't turn around and hurt her and I don't think Rafael will ever intentionally hurt her.

I think that Hafael is kinda alike Steroline love story, but they have Delena vibes I mean that wonderful chemistry of Delena, so for my Hafael= Steroline love story+ Delena chemistry (just my opinion).
While I am more a fan of Hope and Landon, there is this, she needs someone like Rafe right now. But, on the other hand, for the same reasons he stopped or tried to stop his feelings last year was because of Landon and Hope should remember that but also, Rafe isn't totally right yet and it took Hayley awhile to fully adapt to human, probably not the best headspace for a romance that will destroy him when he gets his memories back even if Landon totally understands, he will be mad at Hope which will likely extend to him too.
I also think it says a lot that Hope still has her memories, and is completely aware of how Raf felt for her, and still decided to spend time with Raf after she came to the conclusion she doesn’t have to be meant for one boy. I don’t think Raf was the only one last season who was trying to hide how they felt. Hope definitely loves Landon, no one is denying that, but I do think she was attracted to Raf and was denying any feelings that may have developed.
It's also that if we really think about Hope's and Landon's feelings for each other, they are crushes, crush feelings that started at 15. Then when they saw one another two years later, a relationship of convenience took place out of these crush feelings. Hope was the only person Landon knew besides Raf so it didn't leave him to explore and find new friends. It is the same for Hope, it allowed her to stay in her comfort zone, she had Landon, of not having to reach out or make new friends and continue to isolate herself, because she knew Landon he was safe, and the same goes for Landon, Hope was safe because he knew her. So one of the points I have been making is that and what the show maybe depicting is that we have 17 year old's teenagers commenting about the "love of their loves" and that they "love each other" when it was crush feelings, that brought them together. While what we see when Landon is away/gone in season one, Hope reaches out to Raf first and we see the starts of how real love and real relationships develop. Conversely, in Season 2, we also see the same happen with Landon while Hope is away/gone. I also have come to realize that Emma was possibly used to predict what is to come of Landon and Hope: I think it's cute you have a crush, you don't need counseling, what you really need is a friend. So I think Hope and Landon are to become friends. There is also the fact, that when you have crush/infatuation, like M.G. for example, it makes you either pursue something that may not be the best thing for you or prevents you from seeing something right before you as well. A crush will always make you think you are in love, until the real thing comes along actually.
