Because, after that secret scene ended, we can see at the last frame that Secret Agent turns into Plungerman after his chat with Lucky Cameraman in the TV (with speakers and mic) Anyways, super underrated channel. Hope you get more subs.
No because as you can see in the 71 extra scene titan tv is making angry face cuz gman killed allience and they wouldn't be able to find gman toilet if they chased after scientist in that scene they saw gman and astro detainer going to the episode 72 and followed them. so that means extra scene happened after episode 70

In my opinion, secret scene before episode 70 (at 15:36) actually happened together with event happened in episode 68 part 1, because there is some red glow in mist on there if we see it and if I take some logic, it just doesn't make sense that astro detainer toilet move so fast that he doesn't hesitate to just broke up random upgraded skibidi toilet even that just to flexing his power to alliance titans. But overall, you deserve more views because all event from episode 67 until latest episode (72 and 73 part 1), it's all connected at how it all happened at the same time from different angle and place.

However I still believe your TV theory. I think he can speed up time in his dimension. This is what I think: When Secret Agent starts talking to Lucky he then teleports him and while he’s teleporting Lucky, Secret Agent pauses time to talk to Plungerman which he uses the TV to do so and is why he was looking at the TV. After Secret Agent is done talking to Plungerman he unpauses time so Lucky finishes teleporting to the storage room while Plungerman starts to die. So basically the teleportation Secret Agent uses for Lucky and Plungerman happen at the same time, it’s just he pauses time to talk to Plungerman and then when he teleports Plungerman back to the normal world time goes back to normal.

I don't thing so. The allies are robots, it could be that the Secret Agent's conversation with Plungerman is a video that he sent into his head. Because he's a robot there won't be a problem if the video plays faster, but we watch it at normal speed so that we understand. Or it could also be that the Secret Agent transfers Plungerman's consciousness to a special place or dimension where time passes faster than in reality. Because if he didn't do it, it would be strange and the alliance would be suspicious as to why Plungerman froze for a while.

And there is no evidence that he cannot or can stop time. However, when someone from the Camera race interacts with a Secret Agent, there is usually an error written that we all know at the top right corner. If Secret Agent stops time for Lucky and Plungerman, then similar text should appear in Camerawoman's POV. Because if time doesn't stop for Camerawoman, then it will be a big upheaval for everyone. The camerawoman will share footage of herself moving while everything stops, Secret Agent certainly doesn't want that. So, instead of stopping time, I believe he made all individuals and moving objects jump in time except Lucky and Plungerman. It's a different technique, you know. But, at the end, this is just my theory.
