  • Manor Lords has been my most anticipated city builder since I first stumbled across it in 2020 - the medieval city builder with RTS combat elements, and an economic system that integrates the two closely... what more could I ask for? This series will showcase Manor Lords gameplay while highlighting how to play Manor Lords, providing explanations for various mechanics and gameplay systems.     I think our Lord could need an Upgrade to his Homestead and the Town could use at least a fortified castle.

    Need to start the orchard near the manor! Going to take some time for it to become a mature orchard!

    Could we maybe see some action against the baron or some more focus on the manor and retinue(you can make another one if you build a manor in Eisendorf).
    Btw always love to see one of these

    Forage -to go from place to place searching for things that you can eat or use:
    forage for The children had been living on the streets, foraging for scraps.
    The pigs foraged in the woods for acorns.
    The chef offers special dishes of wild and foraged foods, including wood pigeon and snails.

    I'm behind on these so I don't know if you know this but the store house and granary can only have a max of 2 carts. So putting more then 2 family's in one it pointless. Better to build a new building so they can get more carts. Did wonders for my logistics.

    You probably could force early harvests on some of the fields as at least one of them showed it had a full harvest ready already in April, or am I understanding the 40/40 at 4:53 wrong? At the same time there was another field at 78/82.
    If I've understood that correctly however this means you could micromanage for two harvests in the same season or at the very least divide some of the harvest work throughout the season instead of having to do it all at the same time.

    Enjoying so far the series started off great with so many problems to deal with but as time passed on you claimed all the regions and now it looks like the action is gone until you declare attack on the baron.
    I hope when the complete version of game is released you'll start with challenging difficulty cause right now its just basic stuff like dealing with economy not like that when the bandits suddenly ambushed your hometown and you have to quickly assemble the troops to defend that was fun. I hope to see more of that action in future.

    Also I believe it's 1 food and one wood per burgage plot not familys.

      I think it's 1 food per family, but 1 fuel and clothes per plot
