I watched Warlords of Atlantis the other day, think I recorded it off Legend. Interestingly Doug McLures character was also the builder/pilot of the bathyscope used in the expedition. This brought back fond memories!

It's a rooftop garden cafe above what was an old department store in London that is sadly no longer open to the public. It featured in a few Moorcock novels, usually the site of interactions between characters - most notably the novel Breakfast in the Ruins
