You had a really rough start, but you managed to climb your way back (see what I did?). I've wondered to myself whether the MGF variant where you roll the grey die instead of a normal d6 makes the game easier, but you can get burned pretty badly if you don't make certain you have at least 1 item/courage/star. I just love all the variants that this game provides. I'll see you at the bridge!
@@davidlhsl hehe well done mate 😁 Yeah the MGF can definitely work in your favor, but it also increases the risk, but at the same time let's the player define the risk by making sure to have a surplus of all resources, but how much? I think it adds a layer of player choice to the game, and that's why I like to use it. Of course you can use this rule without buying DDD Pocket. Just use a standard D-Day die.
