Enjoyed the light rain and snow sounds. Your audio did a real good job of bringing that forward. Also enjoyed seeing different aspects of your surroundings than just a camper under the tarp.
You seem to have a preference for 10' x13' size tarps & Alcohol stoves for heating water for freeze dried meals. I was surprised the Marmot Sleeping bag contained 650 Fill power down. I, too, only roll up my XTherm inflatable air mattress. No more fold & roll. Leave no trace - those adventurers seeking the summit of Mt Everest, from this year on, are required to pack out #2 waste. Considering it requires 6 weeks just to acclimate to the higher altitude at Base camp, that's going to be a whole hell of a lot of waste weight. Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada.
it is summer now here in the Philippines.. temperature is in the 90+F and im ditching for now my usual tent setup and its either cowboy roll or hammock when its windy.. but bug mesh is a must.. problem now is finding a quiet spot as campsites have been developed and turned into resorts already and crowding is annoying.. thankfully i still have a few hidden spots that i know.. drawing inspirations from your camps as well as the others that i follow here on YT.. anyways, just curious if you ever go to camp for yourself without thinking about content or product reviews.. i know you enjoy doing this what youre doing but you know, what you really want or enjoy for yourself in a camp away from the stress of youtubing and stuff.. well, have a nice day and enjoy!😉👌
I really love this channel/ these videos. I do have one request. Along with all of the links in the description, would you leave a link or at least the title of the full-length video we could find on "the outdoor gear review" channel?
I saw splendid camping.🏕️ It is beyond my imagination.😮 I have never camped in snow.❄️ But, on seeing your video, I shared the same experience.✨ I enjoy beautiful camping, too.🇯🇵
I am almost deaf, and even with hearing aids I understand maybe 10%. So no talking suits me. I did watch a few videos in which the person didn't stop talking. The subtitles drove me away.
Great video, although it baffles me that the Trangia alcohol stove isn’t used by you. The simple fact that you can snuff out the flame with the lid alone makes it so practical. Instead of guessing your fuel amount and then wasting fuel as you let it burn out. You could say it’s “ heavy” but really it’s not. I’ve made a bunch of DIY stoves, and used a bunch of manufactured stoves. IMHO the Trangia is a home run, Peace ✌️
Lukes channel is getting a bit argumetative, He does what he thinks is "Ineresting". He's a good guy, and you don't need to agree, as I do with some of his Ideas.
When back-packing, you want what you're carrying to be as light as possible. every ounce matters. It has to be dehydrated or freeze dried food unless car camping. As the other comment mentioned, you don't want to be cooking and attract bears, either.

Love the sounds of leaves in the wind, Makes me feel cooler.
One word for this: Relaxing.
Beautiful perfect winter it's rain, sleet, snow . God*s glory ... without God*s will winter season campers would not be able to enjoy outdoors
Love this quiet adventure series. Thank you , Mr Luke.
Every time you raise your glass, I give you a Cheers. Thank you for the adventure. Stay safe and God’s blessings.
Luke you do a great job in just calming the soul! Life is so hectic, and this is my place of finding a little peace in my day. Thank You!
Another enjoyable video 😁. Thanks for sharing this with me. Hello from Indiana USA and this 63 year old lady ❤❤❤❤❤
Nice tent
Love these quiet adventures
Good afternoon Luke. Hope you and your family are doing well. 😊
This trip looks fun. I appreciate watching the snow on a 90 degree day.

Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada.
It looks so peaceful there.
I hope Luke packed some extra marshmallows to roast over his wood stove in the snowstorm! Stay toasty out there, Luke!

Love the snow. When is Susie doing another outing?
So used to hear Luke speak it’s strange because he always comments on his adventure. But still good.
Yet another nice video😊! Youdt put of curiosity! ? Why doesent you use a lid on your canteen while boiling water?
I saw splendid camping.🏕️
It is beyond my imagination.😮
I have never camped in snow.❄️

Put the ends of your suspended tarp all the way to the ground, you'll be amazed at how much heat you will conserve........
Your alarm woke us both up,.
Luke, when you put a pack on your knee to get into it, it's a heavy pack.
Nice
very nice &real❤
@ into the mountains alone as a winter storm is coming in
👍👍👍
Need more then a tarp
why do you not put your pad inside your sleeping bag for warm and to keep it in place? is is just because it would take up too much room?
If u see him run its probably because of a bear after his ass 😂 great video's
Wow, got here before anybody complaining how they don’t like videos where he doesn’t talk…
Ha Yes! They just don’t get it do they?!
@@beacee We all have our preferences and I get that they prefer a narrative, it’s just so weird they don’t understand there are *two* channels…
Key statement "A quiet place"
I am almost deaf, and even with hearing aids I understand maybe 10%. So no talking suits me. I did watch a few videos in which the person didn't stop talking. The subtitles drove me away.
Love all the videos but you make your pouch food very slushy, everyone to there own x
Thanks for another adventure, dinner, lunch and breakfast were great...🥪🍳🥘☕️
Coffee ☕️ always is the best way to start each new day...😊
Thanks⛺️🔥😁👊
So much better than egotistical Tony (ab camping)

Sorry Luke, never knew that you had another channel besides the outdoor review
Will stick to the original, all this quietness puts me to sleep 😴

No tent in the snow? Why?
I feel bad for him because he never cooks anything fresh. He's always eating that package stuff.I've tried a couple of those if they do not taste good
Freeze dried are better when camping in the woods due to bear ,the smell of the food you cook attracts them. Id rather have freeze dried as well.
When back-packing, you want what you're carrying to be as light as possible. every ounce matters. It has to be dehydrated or freeze dried food unless car camping. As the other comment mentioned, you don't want to be cooking and attract bears, either.
When he truck camps he always grills fresh food.
I agree, cooking is half the fun.
He cooks when he truck camps or at the cabin.
Are you not speaking then.
It's a quiet place,,,, he not chat on this channel,
