Excited for this series because of my Queen Mary and I feel they will make Elizabeth a bad sister and a disgusting person like her mother Anne Boleyn in The Other Boleyn Girl, I really hope there are more scenes for the first Mary.
Why did Phillipa Gregory sever her relationship with Starz? I was totally expecting The Other Queen (which was about Mary Stuart being imprisoned by Elizabeth I) to be the next adaptation of the Queen series to be honest.

Starz screwed up her books so much that they looked unrecognizable on the screen. I should know; I read "The Other Boleyn Girl" and then saw the 2008 film version. I saw stunned by how different the movie was from the novel, like I was seeing a different story from the one I read. I will say the costuming and settings were fine, but the film was a big disappointment.
It was The Tudor dynasty which got me hooked on history over 46 years ago. I have studied history at university and my passion lives on. However, I really wish they would make an ACCURATE drama (not bloody Starz) about some other dynasty or period in history like, for example, The Wars of the Roses (I discount that garbage The White Queen which made me want to rip my hair out) or Edward 1 or ANY OTHER DYNASTY EXCEPT THE BLOODY TUDORS!!!!! It’s becoming boring and, judging by what I’ve seen of this series, I think I’ll give it a miss.
