Weather changed our plans once again so we decided to not take the boat somewhere and instead take our 50 year old canoe up in the Uintas. We tried Moosehorn first but it looked to be mostly winter killed. So we decided to run down the road to Mirror Lake, we caught Tiger, Brooke and Rainbow trout with all kinds of different tackle. Streamers, dry flies, tube jigs all worked well.

Ya'll see any albino trout in there? I was up there in 2011 and caught 100s of those things in a day there. Nothing big in that lake, but lots of action.
Very beautiful setting for sure! Didn’t see any albinos, did catch a couple a few years back just up the road at moose horn.
