South Africa says US ambassador apologised for alleging country supplied arms to Russia

- South Africa's foreign ministry says the US ambassador has "apologised unreservedly" for claiming the country sold weapons to Russia.
On Thursday Reuben Brigety alleged a Russian ship was loaded with ammunition and weapons in Cape Town last December.
South Africa says it has no record of an arms sale and President Cyril Ramaphosa has ordered an inquiry.

He made the statement public during business days so it hurts SA economy now the 'apology' is made private over the weekend and we don't get to hear the apology, this was a calculated move by US to remind SA on who to stand with on the upcoming BRICS summit.

Every country is free to supply arms to Russia. Its only the opinion of the west that Russia is bad. While the opinion of the majority of the world is that Russia is not bad. Russia claims to fight an existential threat, which is NATO. And NATO do more damage to innocent countries then Russia, while ukraine is NOT an innocent country at all, and the USA the same.

What the hell is wrong with that US . If any one bad doubts on the rightstanding of the West and only condemnation of Russia China etc this is a good example . South Africa would never arm Russia . It is Neutral unlike the West who feeds the fire . Even if they did they have all the right to and no one should get angry .The U.S.and the West already donate to Ukraine.
