I'm so glad you all got away. I went to the local bathhouse and got the monkey pox. But the guy was hot and so, that was my romantic getaway.
Lunch in the cafe at the Pompidou Centre is tasty and gives an awesome roofscape of Paris! Such a beautiful, sexy city. For kitchen stuff, try Galerie Lafayette! Awesome department store with a splendid rooftop cafe!

Oh my god, you went to Dehillerin kitchen supplies. They are soooo rude to tourists. I'm a Parisian and I have been embarrassed several times at how awful and snooty the were to foreigners (especially Americans, who, according to a salesperson "don't know shit" about cooking. Go to Mora instead.)
