    This song is sick how he flows into the adlib and then uses the adlibs to strengthen/double his lyrics and then uses the adlib to extend each line further and slightly into the next bar over.. Its very subtle. More noticeable in the second and third verse. Not many can touch this level and especially ones from the era nobody else was on this level.

      its usually a technique used to restructure existing vocals. Like removing whole phrases from an existing vocal and then replacing it with a new phrase.
      He is doubling here where he actually uses other phrases around and between the main vocal and the adlibs and is tying them together to be all cohesive. This is not common at all.

    Pac recorded "Lil Homies" January 22nd 1996 with Danny Boy on the background vocals that Johnny J produced and also recorded "Who Do U Believe In" on this day...Pac was responding back to the song "I Shot Ya" by LL which released October 1995... Pac spoke on the song LL released and felt he shouldn't have titled the song that...So Pac going off and letting be known he is ready for whatever with whoever!!
