​@@GracinEm They can't progress their carreer into the Pro league without leaving the team. Now if Toast was like some other shitty org, he would've made it so their contract would've had an extremely high buyout fee (aka prices teams have to pay to get them). So high that teams aren't willing to pay for them, and make them essentially stuck with him for the several years, wasting their time. But instead, he chose the good route and just let them go.
