  • Making and canning the BEST low sugar strawberry jam. If you've made full sugar jam before, I highly recommend you try a low-sugar option. I've made some tweaks since my first jam canning attempt and I am so happy with the results!

    Yum, looks great. I’m glad to know that the low sugar version is just as good. It just seems crazy to add all that sugar when the fruits are perfectly ripe and delicious on their own.

      Yes! Wish I had known that the first time but we definitely enjoyed the sweeter jam too.
