When I feel down, I cry.... to let everything go.... then I take big breathes.... go in the nature... and make sport...
How we deal with anxiety differs for everyone, but slow living has helped me a lot. It has allowed me to not be too hard on myself and to heal from burnout.

I've just had a terrible terrible mental health day yesterday....I physically couldn't do anything I know I needed to do or would logically make me feel better and more productive...I couldn't physically do it, and it's hard not to feel so hard on yourself in those moments. I went to bed early and decided I needed a reset day, and today would be a better day ✨💕

Hi, this is a very calm and beautiful vlog. what is the title of the last song?
عندما اشعر بهذه المشاعر تحديدا 1:39 أفضل الذهاب للمشي في الهواء النقي و ترك كل شيء ، بالتأكيد سأفضل مكان أكون فيه وحدي تماماً ، حتى لو كان ذلك سطح المنزل فحسب.
اواصل المشي لتفريغ بعض الطاقة .
ثم افكر ببعض الاشياء التي اريد فعلها للتنفيس عن نفسي ، مثل ترتيب الملابس* اشياء احب فعلها* او تغيير شكل الغرفة ، افعل اي شيء يمكنه ان يعطي شعوراً أفضل لي دائماً.
و اسجل افكاري على دفتر صبيحة كل يوم او حتى في المساء ، المهم ، ان اخبر الدفتر بما يحدث معي و لماذا اشعر بذلك؟
bonjour , super vide'o de belle " gratitude " oui c'est exacte , il y a des jours avec et des jours sans ...c'est la vie , et cela nous apprend toujours qu'elque chose sur nous me'me . re'flexion , toujours avancer vers l'avant ...tout passe ...et les lendemain c'est un nouveaux jours...prendre soin de sois , malgre' les difficulte's ...cela nous aident pour voir le possible , le possitif...merci belle journe'e 😉🌎📌
