So sad to see it go down like that. It was such a beautiful place back in the day. They should try to save a piece of it.

They tried to start a theme park due to the filming of the Alamo there built with the help of John Wayne, Wayne was exhausted in filming the Alamo, huge cast and extras. The theme park was popular and it slacked off. It started and stopped.
