Louis Vuitton // Broken Perfume Cap

This is my amazing experience with Louis Vuitton and how they managed to pick up on my perfume cap being broken before I did.
I can't thank Celine enough for sorting this for me so fast.

Sadly i have same issues with it , the spray doesn’ work ,they didn’t help me unfortunately

I bought 2 bottles of LV and when opening the first the part that squirts the perfume out came off I’m guessing because of the magnet. But anyways the second bottle I had a problem with the same thing and eventually losing the part and called LV and they told me I would need to buy a whole new bottle to be able to use it because they wasn’t gonna be able to send me a 5 cent part. I couldn’t believe my ears. Any suggestions?

That sucks! I’d suggest speaking to client services or then speak to a manager, this clearly isn’t something you’ve intentionally done
