I've had PTSD for years I went to SARCC did all the therapy but still jump and feel pain in all my nerves throughout my body when I'm startled , have racing thoughts, fear, flashbacks, nightmears, and anxiety despite the amount of time . I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, celiacs , and neuropathy along with several other health issues . I meditate, exercise, due art/ writing . What else can I do to heal and move on ? Im tired of having trauma effect my life while the people that caused my trauma are able to live a regular life. I want my life back.

If you let it get quiet enough and cover your ears anyone can hear the "whooshing" which usually just blood flow within them

You make it seem like these symptoms you are talking s as bout are simple and easy to fix but a lot of this is damage fone unless you know how to get to the root cause
