Untrue. She found texts on his phone, he reacted belligerently. There was no break up until she had to go to the hospital for her injuries. Regardless, she didn't assault him--he assaulted her. If you can't break up with someone without harming them, YOU have a problem--not her.

@@MsBlushing24nice job at spreading misinformation. With an ounce of research, you'd understand she committed assult on 1st degree. Snatching the phone and scratching and pulling at him. He committed third-degree for putting her in the car. That's not belligerent, in fact it's self-defence but the court of public opinion wins. So facts are out the window

Naw she tried to take his phone when she thought she saw texts on them, and was trying so hard to get the phone she broke her finger, then proceeded to chase that man for blocks, before going to get even more drunk, then he had to call the police to check on her drunk ass in the morning to get her some help, and the police coached her into saying he hurt her. Why do you think he got charged with next to nothing? So the state could save face after even bringing this bs case. @MsBlushing24

@@5280BLMWhen a woman refuses to admit under oath that she ran five blocks chasing after someone who was trying to get away from her - when we can all see from the video footage that she did - no one is obligated to believe that woman unequivocally.
And in this case the jury didn't believe her story about him assaulting her with intent.
We need to start doing the due diligence and examining the facts in each case. There are no shortcuts of unequivocally believing one side or the other by default. Someone will always take advantage.

@@pauletteandriaHamilton allegedly cheating. And even if he was, why pursue a relationship with him days afterwards? She thinks he is unfaithful and still wants to be with him? That makes testifying against him sound more like revenge for being rejected.
Injuries are inevitable when picking a fight with someone who can obviously over power instead of just letting him leave with his phone or leaving herself. This goes back to my original comment. It has gotten to the point that if a man wants to end a relationship with a woman, he has to call the cops to be present so the woman can't put herself in the position of being a victim to him defending himself from her.

Jonathan Majors getting fired from Marvel sucks. I liked him as Kang.
It's very dangerous to throw around the word assault. There was clearly no intention to hurt his girlfriend, the jury found him guilty of an accidental injury when lifting her up and trying to get her back in the car. The jury don't believe he hit her or broke her finger or anything whilst she was inside the car.
Witnesses saw no injuries on her in the club, she was clearly drunk before she went back to the flat and could have easily hurt herself before she was found collapsed in her closet wearing different clothes the morning after clubbing.
It's ridiculous for him to lose his career for this.
The man ran away from a toxic ex-girlfriend, who assaulted him in the car, there's photographic proof of his injuries too, she grabbed his phone/property which he took back, and she chased him down the street multiple blocks.
End of the day, they are both as bad as each other, and it's unfair that he could lose his career or work because of something his own girlfriend is guilty of herself. Why isn't she also on trial for assaulting him? It is not fair for men in the legal system, is rigged against them.
The only thing he's guilty of is writing a few nasty texts because the relationship was ending and was clearly toxic, and yet she did the same too... this entire trial is a farce.

She went back to his apartment after she assaulted him. Took half her clothes off laid on the floor. Trying to snacth someone's phone outtve their hand is assault I thought. Him taking back hi property supposedly caused a significant cut behind her 👂. Soon as the police came she put her finger in front of the camera which the damage could've been caused by him trying to snatch away from her trying to kidnap him. I think his lawyers did a poor job. I think either way they was going to find him guilty. This is such nonsense and unfairness. He should take her back to court for kidnapping which shows in the video her trying to force him not allowing him to leave...If unfair was a picture this is it.

The dangers of "dating". Please Men, don't waste your time in useless long term "relationships". Get married and commit, or stay away from women. Sign prenups, and don't waste your life savings on a wedding. And please accept the woman as herself. If you can't stay with her, get divorced and move on from trying to resolve the unresolvable. Trying to have a relationship based on the world's impossible expectations is the real recipe for failure. Take it from people whose marriages have mostly failed their original expectations.

They probably recast him, also having all of issues of Avengers and Fantastic Four pertaining to The Cross Time Caper, the Council Of Kangs as seen in Ant-Man III are not all different versions of Nathanael Richards but people that just took his on modus operandi that included women and even juveniles, the best known was Ravonna aka Terminatrix but you also had a Mesozoic Kang from a timeline were sapiens evolved from lizards and a Kang Fred who apparently was a caveman and named himself after Fred Flintstone, Avengers 294-297 and FF 337-341 and Avengers: The Terminatrix Objective 1-4 chronicles all these different Kangs, so overall a recasting wouldn't be a major issue, also He Who Remains is basically a TVA official who is model after the later comic writer Mark Gurenwald and Owen Wilson naturally could in theory serve the function as one of these Kangs
