Glad you finally got to see the city I spent eight years in. I think one of the telling things about Seoul is that despite its daunting size and it's unbelievable energy is this...people will return lost wallets, give you change that you've forgotten about, or just treat you well. I've never felt scared or intimidated anywhere in the city. Koreans work hard, play hard, and are some of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of spending lots of time with. I'm sure you felt the same when you were there.
Going to a new city like Seoul is like swimming in a new and crowded sea of humanity that constantly surprises you at every corner. My hope is that you got to see places like Myeongdong and Kangnam, but you also got to navigate markets like Namdaemun and Dongdaemun in the middle of the night.... or you were able to get to the Noryangjin fish market to try some fresh, straight out of the water, fish... or singing at the top of your lungs with a gaggle of folks in a noraebang! Vlogging in Korea with the locals, who happen to wear their hearts on their sleeves, was probably a treat.
I know you were there for an event, but I'm glad that you had the opportunity to move to the rhythm of Seoul's heartbeat. I was jealous just to see you walking in the streets and riding the subway. It's my hope that you are able to get back there again and take your camera into the nooks, crannies, alleys, and markets of Seoul. I know that you've got more to show, but there's really so much to learn and see. Looking forward to seeing more of your trip to Seoul. Keep on keepin' on!

I just left Seoul when you were there. huhu. The subway is the best mode of transportation in Korea and is very convenient even for travellers.
